Shipping

Currently King and Henry will only ship to addresses within New Zealand, including outer islands. We do not ship internationally. We ship Monday to Friday so Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed Monday (which means no overnight for Sat-Sun orders).

Prices
For most orders we have a $15 shipping fee for North Island and $20 for South Island, $20 for North Island rural addresses and $25 for South Island rural addresses. For larger items & Larger Quantities of items additional fees apply.

Most courier companies charge based on weight or size, generally what is bigger & up to 25kgs. If we have to send your order from a supplier, we’ll pay any additional freight cost. If you’re ordering more than 1 item and the combined weight (or size equivalent) is more than 25kgs we reserve the right to charge additional freight.

From time to time we might offer freight specials, or even free freight. These offers will also be based on 25kgs.

Track your orders
King and Henry aim to get your orders to you within 1-5 working days. For most non Rural Deliveries you can expect to see your order the following business day. To achieve this we work together with Aramex.

Once your order has been paid for, wrapped up, sealed up and labelled you will receive a Shipping Notification with your tracking number with a link to track your parcel.

Damaged or Non-Delivered Articles
If your article is damaged upon arrival, please notify us immediately:

There is only a small window of opportunity for us to be able to claim for missing parcels with courier companies. Failure to notify us in the above time frames may result in no refund.

Click & Collect
This option is available for our Masterton branch *** Please note : Some items may not be in store- We will send you a notification email when your order is ready to be collected.
